Trump voter who said "liberal tears make me happy" now in tears herself after just nine months — laid off and struggling as husband’s National Guard pay goes unpaid

MAGA woman Christine Henderson, who spent the weeks following the 2024 election gleefully celebrating "liberal tears," has discovered that she is now, in fact, the one crying.

Henderson, whose post-election social media presence consisted primarily of taunting Democrats to "take the L" and declaring that Trump "takes up so much space in your heads rent free," recently posted a desperate plea for help after her husband was deployed with the Texas National Guard and has not received payment for his service.

"All of your liberal tears make me happy!" Henderson wrote in December 2024, apparently unaware that she would be producing tears of her own within ten months. "Wake up and take the L, and get ready for MANY more. He won, period. Get over it."

Sources confirm Henderson got over it sometime around early October 2025, when she realized her husband was working without compensation during the government shutdown overseen by the very administration she had welcomed home with "crying tears of joy."

"My husband is in the TX National Guard & is not being paid while he's working," Henderson wrote in a pinned post, her tone noticeably less celebratory than when she was blessing President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance with prayer hands and American flag emojis. "This is a disgrace to our Country. I recently got laid off from my private sector job, & now we have NO income. We are desperate."

Political analysts confirmed that this was, indeed, what winning looked like.

Henderson's journey from posting "We did it! #Trump2024" with multiple flag emojis to posting "I've never been in this position before. Please help us" represents what experts are calling "the fastest transition from schadenfreude to actual freude ever documented."

The irony was apparently lost on Henderson, who had specifically celebrated how much "space" Trump occupied in liberal minds, only to discover that unpaid bills and zero income tend to occupy significantly more space in one's own mind than political opponents ever could.
